Terms and conditions of participation in the ‘‘raffle“

of Electric Callboy GbR

1. Organizer

The organizer of the prize draw is Electric Callboy GbR, Schöttelkamp 61, 44581 Castrop-Rauxel, Germany. The prize draw will be conducted on our website at the URL https://www.electriccallboy.com/. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.

   Eligibility

Participation in the prize draw is free of charge. Participation constitutes a free agreement between you and us.

Any visitor to our website is eligible to participate. By participating, you confirm that you are of legal age. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to participate. Employees and shareholders of Electric Callboy GbR are excluded from participation.

We reserve the right to exclude participants from the prize draw for objectively justified reasons, even after the winner has been drawn. This applies in particular to participants who use multiple accounts, third parties, or other means to participate in the competition multiple times (double participation). Participants who violate the conditions of participation in any other way, use manipulative aids, or attempt to influence the course of the prize draw through other unauthorized means may also be excluded.

3. Procedure and closing date

Participation in the prize draw is only possible online at the URL https://www.electriccallboy.com/.

To participate in the giveaway, you must fill out the form on our website by entering your first and last name and your email address.

By submitting your form, you confirm that you are of legal age and have visited our website. In addition, you agree that we may contact you as one of the winners of the prize draw to arrange delivery of your prize. Furthermore, by submitting your form, you agree to these terms and conditions.

The competition begins on October 1, 2025, and the closing date for entries is October 31, 2025, at midnight. Unfortunately, entries received after this time cannot be considered.

4. Prizes

Three winners will be selected at random from all participants in the giveaway. The winners will receive one of the following prizes:

5. Selection and notification of winners

The winners will be determined without recourse to legal action. Cash payment of the prize and exchange are not possible. The prizes are only transferable with our consent.

We will notify the winners by email. The winners are required to respond to us within 72 hours of receiving the prize notification. If we do not receive a response from the winners within the aforementioned period after sending the prize notification, we reserve the right to draw a new winner.

6. No publication of winners without consent

We will not publish the winner, especially not on our website or social media accounts. If we consider informing the public about the presentation of the prizes, we will contact you separately.

7. Interruption/cancellation

We reserve the right to terminate or interrupt the prize draw at any time for good cause. Good cause shall be deemed to exist in particular if the scheduled course of the prize draw is disrupted or impeded. If such termination or interruption is caused by the behavior of a participant, we may demand compensation from that person for the damage incurred.

8. Liability

With regard to the competition, we are liable without limitation for all damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or our vicarious agents in cases of intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable without limitation in the event of injury to life, limb, or health. Otherwise, we are only liable if we, our legal representatives, or our vicarious agents have breached a material contractual obligation.

Essential contractual obligations are those obligations that are of particular importance for achieving the purpose of the contract, as well as all those obligations which, in the event of a culpable breach, could jeopardize the achievement of the purpose of the contract. In such cases, our liability is limited to compensation for foreseeable, typically occurring damage. We are not liable for technical malfunctions that make participation in the prize draw temporarily or permanently impossible, or for events of force majeure.

9. Data protection

When handling your personal data in the context of the competition, we comply with all provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Digital Services Act (DDG). All further information, in particular regarding the type, scope, and purpose of the processing of your personal data, can be found in the following data protection provisions for the competition.

10. Legal recourse

German law applies exclusively, excluding international private law. Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the determination of the winner.
